Employers and community leaders across Burnett County and Northwest Wisconsin are facing serious challenges. A long-term Human Resources shortage threatens communities economic growth, while a serious housing shortage constrains communities ability to address that work force shortage. Addressing these interrelated challenges, and securing our economic future, requires a unified and coordinated response from employers and local government.
